Billing questions
What counts as a zone?
One domain's DNS zone, like example.com, including every subdomain record inside it. A delegated subdomain with its own nameservers is a separate zone.
When do I pay?
After the preview, when you choose to apply. If the preview shows the move isn't right for you, you've paid nothing.
What if the migration fails?
If we can't apply or verify your zone, you get a full refund. Rollback is included, so a failed apply leaves the destination as it was.
Do I need a plan to migrate a zone?
No. One-time migrations are always pay-per-zone. Plans are only for zones you keep managing afterwards: backups, drift alerts and syncing across providers.
What does the Agency plan include for bulk moves?
Bulk migrations from a CSV, per-client reports, team seats, and Migrate + cutover migrations included for managed zones. For more than 250 zones, email us.
Can I cancel a plan?
Yes, any time. Your zones stay where they are; we just stop backups and monitoring at the end of the billing period.
